Steve was so very helpful to me on the phone and talked me through everything and got someone out to me so quickly! I had an underground leak and Don came out and pulled up my pavers and dug down quite a ways, took pictures and video of the problem, fixed everything and put it back so nearly it looked better than when it started! He took time to help me with the pool and even came back later to help me with a question I had. Doesn’t get better than this. They gave me accurate and fair quotes on the prices and went beyond to take care of everything. I wish all areas of home repairs had guys like the ones at Leak Masters to call. I can’t recommend this company enough!

After contacting three different leak detection companies and no one being able to respond within 30 days I searched the web and reviewed Steve the owner of Leakmasters reviews and found many satisfied customers with a no-nonsense owner who showed honesty and appreciation in his review comments to the community he serves. I called Steve who I found to be very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Within a few days he was able to schedule his Technician Donald who arrived on time and immediately detected the location of the leak, a PVC pipe which had broken three feet under the ground which was located near the skimmer. The work was a time consuming and tedious repair and Donald kept me updated throughout the process. His knowledge and can do attitude and professionalism was second to none. After the leak was repaired Donald did a great job cleaning up and even helped me moving my patio furniture back to the Lanai. I highly recommend Leakmasters and you won’t go wrong with Steve and Donald. The pricing was very fair and I even received a 10 percent Veteran’s Discount!!
Chris Jackson---I was impressed that this company was able to send someone out the same day I called about our pool leak which was draining more and more each day. Donald knew exactly what to do to find the problem and repair efficiently when this could have easily been blamed on needing a skimmer replacement, costing thousands more to replace. We have had a leak in our pool in Florida for several months but living in the UK it was impossible to get anyone to repair our leaks. Once back in Fort Myers I called Leak Masters and talked to Steve who was very helpful and he got Donald to come out the next day to check our pool out. He found several leaks and as we were only here for a short time, they came out and did a fantastic job before we had to leave. Donald was a very knowledgeable and likable guy, who worked very cleanly and confidently. - We live at Colonial Country Club and had noticed our water bill was continuing to go up each month. I called several leak detection companies and most said they were scheduled out a week or more. I called Leak Masters and they said they would be out to take a look. Much to my surprise they came out the next day. Not only did they repair all the leaks in our pool saving us a hundred dollars a month, their bill was several hundreds of dollars less than any other company I called. - I don't usual write reviews. But I felt I had to give credit where credit is do. This is the second leak that my spa had. The company that I use to fix the first leak was having me wait 3 weeks to get the repair done. (I don't think they found were the leak was coming from in the first place). I called leak masters and spoke to Steve. After contemplating whether I should use him, I decided to go ahead and give them a shot. I AM GLAD I DID! He sent his man Jeff the next day and found and fix the leak the same day. What quick service. He lifted my pavers, dug and remove the dirt, fixed the broken pipe and put back the pavers. I had called a few company's and they all had me waiting weeks to get it fixed. Steve the owner was so friendly, I loved talking to him. He really knows his stuff. - Wow, Pete is amazing. He came promptly. We had been chasing a leak by replacing the pool light, re-coating with fiber glass, replacing the old pump and lines. And still.??? Pete came and after his first 45min thought it might be a buried overflow pipe. I asked him to dive the pool so I could have piece of mind. He found a leak, behind the light. Said it was the first time in 47 years that he'd seen a leak like that. And he fixed it. Imagine how many others could have searched and never found it and fixed it. Pete knows pools.
